Who we are
VoltCase provides remortgage conveyancing case management software to law firms in the United Kingdom. For anything in this notice, contact us at hello@getvoltcase.co.uk.
What we collect
When you complete an enquiry or early-access form on this site, we collect the details you enter: your name, your firm, your work email address, and optionally your phone number, an indication of your case volumes, and any message you write.
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this website.
Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry and, if you'd like, to arrange a walkthrough of the prototype and keep you updated as VoltCase is built. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests — responding to a business enquiry you initiated — and, where you have opted in, consent.
How form submissions are processed
Form submissions on this site are delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms, a form-to-email processor acting on our instructions. Your details pass through their service purely to reach us by email; they are not used for marketing by that provider.
How long we keep it
Enquiry correspondence is kept for up to 24 months from our last contact with you, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or you become a customer, in which case it is retained under our customer records.
Who we share it with
Nobody, other than the email and hosting providers needed to deliver and store your message. We do not sell personal data, and we do not pass your details to third-party marketing lists.
Where your data is held
Product data for firms using VoltCase is hosted in the United Kingdom. Website enquiry emails are processed by our email provider, which may store data within the UK, EEA, or under appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us to give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or receive it in a portable format. Email hello@getvoltcase.co.uk and we'll deal with it within one month.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes to this notice
If we change how we handle personal data we'll update this page and change the date below.
